Courtex is a platform built specifically for badminton—not just another generic RSVP app.

Whether you're an organiser running sessions or a player looking for a game, Courtex simplifies how you:

• Players: Find games, record matches, and track your performance over time.

Courtex is free to join and use. Players can RSVP to sessions at no cost. Organisers can create clubs and post sessions for free too.

For organisers: Running a session costs 1 credit (currently $1 AUD per credit). Every new sign-up gets 3 free credits, so you can post your first 3 sessions at no cost. After that, you can purchase more credits.

No payment processing fees. We don't take a cut of your session fees—players pay you directly (cash, PayID, or bank transfer). Courtex just helps you manage attendance and budgets.

Yes. When you create a Premium club, you get 3 free credits to use immediately—enough to post and manage your first few sessions.

This gives you a chance to see whether Courtex fits your club's workflow before spending anything.

To join a club: Browse available clubs on the platform and click 'Join'. You'll be able to RSVP to their sessions right away.

To create your own club: Navigate to the Clubs page from the main menu and click 'Create Club'. You can:

• Set up club details (name, description, location)
• Create multiple clubs (there's no limit)
• Manage sessions, track attendance, and log income/expenses

Click the 'Join' button on a session you're interested in. That's it!

Once you've joined, the organiser can see you're coming, and you'll receive updates about the session (if the club sends them through Courtex).

Courtex integrates with your existing payment flow—no online payment required. Here's how it works:

1. Post a session and set the player limit and cost
2. Players RSVP to confirm they're coming
3. Collect payment directly from players using cash, PayID, bank transfer, or your preferred method
4. Mark them as paid in the Courtex app to keep track of who's paid and who's attending

This keeps transaction costs low and gives you full control. Online payment processing is coming soon—you'll be able to collect payments directly through Courtex if you prefer.

Courtex doesn't set refunds. Each club defines its own cancellation and refund policy based on their needs.

Because Courtex automatically logs when players join and cancel, organisers can easily see whether you've met their policy window (e.g., "Cancel 24 hours before for a refund"). This transparency helps keep things fair.

Ask your club organiser about their specific policy—they'll tell you when cancellations are allowed and whether refunds apply.

Currently, Courtex doesn't process online payments—you pay the organiser directly using cash, PayID, or bank transfer. So no payment card information is stored with us.

When we launch online payment processing, all transactions will be encrypted and secured through our payment partner. We'll never store your full card details.

To reset your password:

2. Click the 'Security' tab
3. Follow the prompts to reset your password

To delete your account or if you've forgotten your password: Contact us directly at [email protected] or reach out on our Discord community. We'll help you reset access or close your account within 48 hours.
